Theme Support

Due to an influx of customisation requests, please ensure that your ticket relates to theme usage, setup, bugs or feature requests. Customisation (theme modification, behaviour changes, moving elements etc.)

Our Team run support Weekdays 9am-5pm GMT. You can expect a response within 24 - 48 hours

What should you use support forum for:
Help using themes, Help setting up themes, Bug reports & fixes, Feature requests

What should you not use support forum for:
Help with, or integration of, 3rd Party Plugins, Customisation of my themes, 'My client needs this'.

What counts as customisation?
If you want to change the appearance or functionality of the theme by editing or extending the theme's code, then that is customisation. If this is a simple modification (few lines of css) and does not need altering the original code we'll try to cover this for you otherwie is considered custom work

Do you need customisation work?
We can provide freelance service for a 35$/h fee

Things to check when leaving a ticket:

  1. Validate your purchase with the ticket, no help will be offered unless the purchase code validates
  2. For EVERY ticket, please leave a link to your site, this will help answer your question more quickly
  3. If you have an issue that you can take a screenshot of & post a link to your site, then even better
  4. Remember to disable all Plugins/Extensions/Non-Standard Widgets first, you'd be surprised how many times this will fix your issue :)
  5. Lastly, please remember we do offer full support for free, which is not a requirement of selling on Themeforest, please be polite, and leave your tickets as clear and concise as possible, it usually helps you and us if you first check the documentation and have a search through other user tickets. .
