Edit text:

• enter the keyword "text" in the Search Field in the Project Panel 
• select and then open a text composition for editing
• edit text with the Type tool in the Timeline

Edit Photo/Video:

• enter the keyword "placeholder" in the Search Field in the Project Panel 
• select and then open a placeholder composition for editing
• place your photo or video in the composition under the Black & White layer

Edit Colors:

• open the composition in which you want to change the colors
• select the "Color Control" layer
• open the Effects Control in the Project Panel
• edit color properties
